Bed and Breakfast is offered in our family home in the traditionally British way. As resident owners since 1988, and whether your stay is for business or pleasure, we will welcome you, show you to your room and in the morning prepare an English breakfast cooked to order. Abeille Guest House is an Edwardian style home built in 1896, but restored to include today's standards of comfort and the 4 Diamond Award from Visit Britain assures that comfort and cleanliness are to a high standard. Some parking is available on the premises and there is free parking in the service road overnight from 4.00pm - 10.30am.
Credit/Debit Cards are welcome and there is no handling fee.

BREAKFAST

A full English breakfast is served in the original breakfast room from 7.15am - 9.00am. The bacon, sausages and tomatoes are grilled and the eggs are griddled as we strive to provide a healthy breakfast. In addition, fruit juices, cereals, toast with a choice of marmalades and preserves, freshly filtered coffee or tea, are freely available. Special order breakfasts can also be provided on request and a breakfast tray for early leavers.

THE BEDROOMS

All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and individually furnished in keeping with the Victorian/Edwardian period of the house and there are some Art Nouveau details such as restored cast iron fireplaces, one with tulip design and matching fingerplates. The rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, period style washbasin with splash back, colour TV with freeview, alarm clock/radio and the use of an iron and hairdryer. The room radiators are individually adjustable for personal comfort.A recently refurbished spacious double/twin bedroom with new luxury en-suite with power shower is now available.

Abeille Guest House is situated opposite Stoke Park and Guildford College, in a small service road running alongside the main A320 (Guildford to Woking road), about a quarter of a mile from the A3 (London to Portsmouth road).

Evening meals are not provided as Guildford has such a wide selection of restaurants, pubs and takeaways to suit all tastes and pockets. There are three pubs serving food within three minutes of the front door.

All prices are per room per night and include a full English breakfast.

If you would like to make a booking we will ask you to send a Cheque deposit made payable to "W.M. Nowak" for the cost of the first night. Alternatively you may wish to leave your credit card number as security for the booking. Companies booking for their employees should confirm by fax and an invoice will be sent on request.

We would respectfully point out the following:
If after arrival, guests check out before the end of the agreed period of booking, a refund can only be made for the days that the room is re-let.
