Alexandra Guest House

Alexandra Guest House is situated near Hemel Hempstead old town centre, close to the historic High Street.

There is great emphasis placed on creating a pleasant, homely atmosphere to make you welcome.

Accommodation:
Bedrooms are single, double / twin and triple and are equipped with TV, coffee and tea-making facilities. Rooms for smokers and non-smokers are available.

Lift:
A four person lift will easily accommodate a wheelchair for the disabled who are unable to manage stairs.

Breakfast:
Full English or Continental breakfast is included in the price. Served from 7.00 - 8.00 am weekdays and from 9.00-10.00am weekends.

Arrival and departure:
Rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 9 p.m. Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11 a.m. unless other arrangements are made.

Hemel Hempstead is well served by motorways, main roads and rail. It is 30 mins. drive from Heathrow or Luton airports, 30 mins. by train from Euston station in London and is only 15 mins. drive from the M25 and M1 motorways.

The Alexandra Guest House is 100 yards from the historic Old Town High Street and 5 mins. from the new shopping centre.

There are many fine walks, including along the Grand Union canal, and the countryside around Hemel Hempstead is particularly beautiful.

Directions:

From south leave M25 AT J20 (A41). Follow signs for Hemel Hempstead. From the north, leave M1 at J8. At "Magic roundabout" in Hemel Hempstead take A4146 to leighton Buzzard. Turn right at second roundabout (signposted B487 Old Town). Take second right into Alexandra Road. We are approx.100 yds on the right.

Alternatively, you can follow signs to the hospital which is at the end of Alexandra Road. Safe Journey.
