Proceed down Beverley Road into the City
Approx 100 yds after passing under a railway bridge,
Turn right at traffic lights into Queens Road
Carry onto mini Roundabout
Turn left onto Princes Avenue
Park Avenue is second on right

Coming from M62 onto A63

Pass under Humber BridgeFollow sign to Hull and Docks
Come off A63 at local traffic and infirmary
Straight on at roundabout onto Rawlings way
Through traffic lights (hospital now on right hand side) over railway bridge
Keep going to 'T' Junction and get into middle lane
Turn left and then right at traffic lights onto Princes Avenue
Park Avenue is the eighth street on the left
