Ard-Na-Said is a Victorian house which was built in 1875. It is set in attractive gardens in a quiet residential area yet only 1.5 miles to the train station. Being only 100 metres from an excellent bus service that offers a speedy access to the heart of Edinburgh.

We are close to Arthurs Seat and Holyrood park, where the best views are to be found. Within walking distance we have golf, swimming and local shops. Arnasaid is close to the University Halls.

In the morning you are sure to be satisfied with a full scottish breakfast which will set you up for the day exploring the numerous wonders found in Edinburgh

Accomodation

Bedrooms are large, and furnished to a very high standard while retaining many of the victorian features including the wonderfuil cornices.

In all rooms you will find central heating, Tea/coffee, televison and hairdryers
Vegetarian diets are catered for, there is ample parking and secure parking witin the grounds.

Directions

Coming from the North

We are situated 2 km, South of the city centre on the A7 (Dalkeith road). Turnleft at the first major set of traffic lights after the commonwealth swimming pool, our house is on your left.

Coming from the South

Follow the A7 until you come to a large roundabout called Cameron toll, follow the sign "old town" on the A7 after approx 300m you pass a group of shops on your left, about 200m ahead there is a set of traffic lights. Turn right at these and our house is on your left.
