Situated approximately 80 miles from Glasgow, the trip to Lochgilphead is indeed a breathtaking one. The A83 will take you along the Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond which is one of the largest fresh water lochs in Scotland
Next is through the aptly named 'Rest-and-be-Thankful' mountain pass and around the head of Loch Fyne and through the historic town of Inveraray, before reaching Lochgilphead. |
