Whether you visit to sample the historical delights or popular visitor attractions, Ashbourne House makes for an ideal base in which to begin your exploration.
Seven tastefully furnished bedrooms combine convenience with comfortable living perfectly. Each comes complete with a television, direct dial telephone, trouser press, coffee making facilities and WiFi connectivity. As an exclusive member of Deliciously Yorkshire, breakfast is assured quality with a minimum of 5 ingredients on the menu sourced from within Yorkshire and Humber. Expect the tastiest breakfast to start your day with food locally sourced from free range farms.
Off street car parking is provided and guests may leave their cars in the car park whilst visiting the city of York. The centre of York is a pleasant 15 minute riverside stroll away, and for those who wish to conserve their energy for sightseeing, there is a frequent bus service into the city centre.
Rooms
We currently have 7 rooms. 2 twin rooms - ensuite 3 double rooms - ensuite 1 family (4) room - ensuite (bath) 1 family (3) room - private bathroom (bath). Situated right next door.
All rooms have a TV, Coffee/Tea making facilities, Trouser press and direct dial telephones. We also have Wi-Fi access allowing free internet access. Clock radios are in all rooms. Bose sound docks are available in most rooms. Ipod available on request. The family room has access to a PS2 with a choice of games.
