 | Parking is free on the forecourt or in Gleadowe Avenue, under cover by prior arrangement for only a small charge per night. (limited to one car). |
 | Your bedroom is attractively decorated and comfortably furnished and most en suite, all rooms include double glazing, C.H, washbasin, hairdryer, colour T.V, which is video linked, radio alarm, tea & coffee making facilities, refrigerator and keys for unlimited access. |  |

| The lounge-dining room is spacious and bright with large windows giving you access to the secluded walled garden. |
 | All food is home prepared, cooked and generously served. Breakfast is served 8 - 9.30 (earlier by prior arrangement only) and includes an extensive selection of cold breakfast foods available for self serve, followed by a very large full English breakfast or variations (kippers by prior order) Special diets catered for with prior arrangement Packed lunches (own flask) to be ordered previous day. |
The historic market town of Christchurch is only five minutes flat walk away, with its shops, 900 year old priory ruins, beautiful rivers and quay.
A brief walk away is the River Stour, where you will find scenic river walks, ferry and restful tea gardens. Also excellent fishing, boating and water activities.
Just a short drive will take you to Mudeford fishing quay and beach, the picturesque New Forest, Bournemouth with Pier and beaches or Poole with its harbour. All having many attractions and within 10 miles. |  |
