The Ashburton Guest house is a large semi detached Victorian house built in the early 1860's and is about ten minutes walk from the centre of Warwick with its famous castle, Lord Leycester Hospital, antique shops and museums.

The Ashburton is situated on Emscote Road, which is the main thoroughfare between Warwick and Leamington Spa. Warwick Railway Station and local restaurants are only a few minutes walk away and the M40 motorway less than two miles away so the Ashburton is ideal for either pedestrians or motorists.

Stratford, Coventry, Birmingham, the NEC and NAC are but a few short miles away and Warwick is on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds.

The Ashburton is rated 3 STAR under the English Tourist Board scheme and the whole house has been recently decorated inside and out and all the bedrooms are double glazed and contain the following:

On the Ground Floor -

Two single bedrooms each with their own wash hand basin and sharing a bathroom, which has a wash basin, toilet and shower.

On the First Floor -

One fully en suite twin bedded room and one fully en suite single room.

On the Second Floor -

One single room with fitted wash basin and its own private bathroom immediately adjacent to the bedroom containing wash hand basin, toilet and shower. One fully en suite family room with one double bed and one singe bed.

All our rooms have colour televisions that have satellite channels in addition to the four usual channels; coffee and tea facilities. Soap, shampoo, tissues and towels are all provided in the bathrooms. In addition hair dryers, irons, cots, high chair and "Z" beds can be provided for the use of the guests.

The Room rate is from £25 per person per night including full English breakfast with reductions for children.
