10 minutes Historic Durham City, and adjacent A1 (M) motorway. Well placed between York and Edinburgh. Excellent value.

Directions

Leave A1 (Motorway) at Junction 61, and take the A688 (Spennymoor), at next roundabout turn left (Sedgefield A177). After roundabout take 2nd right (Cornforth ½ mile) travel under bridge and 200 metres turn right into narrow road leading to village green.

Once on village green, take immediate right and our house is facing you.
