It's a mid terraced mews type house with reception hall, sitting room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen including washing machine to the ground floor. The 1st floor has two bedrooms 1 king (or twin) and 1 twin, bathroom with bath and shower and separate w.c. There is paved area to the front for car parking (2 small or 1 large) with enclosed paved area to the rear. Occasional foldaway beds are also available as is cot and high chair. The rental tariff is £495.00 per week and from £99.00 per day. The property has full central heating and the tariff is inclusive of gas and electricity. The English Tourist Council has also awarded this property a 3 star rating. Please note all the interior accommodation is non-smoking. |

Parking space for 1 car at the front of the house otherwise on-street parking is free between 1700 and 0900 hours and all day Sunday, otherwise by parking meter, although Leicester Street and Gordon Street continuation over Leicester Street (20 yards) is unlimited parking. The semi-detached house has front door entrance to dining hall with through sitting room, dining kitchen and utility room with toilet, hand washbasin and washing machine. The first floor has 1 super king size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, shower cubical, hand wash basin and separate toilet with hand wash basin. The second floor has 1 super king size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, shower room with Shower cubical, hand wash basin and separate toilet with hand was basin.
