All bedrooms have hot and cold water, colour television and tea making facilities.

Some of our rooms have en-suite facilities and some with sea views.

A colour television lounge is also available for your use.

We are open throughout the year.

We are Wales Tourist Board 1 Star Guest House and are members of the Swansea Mumbles and Gower Tourist Association.

The Bayswater is situated on the seafront overlooking Swansea Bay.

We are within walking distance of the City Centre and all its amenities, including the Leisure Centre, Grand Theatre, Maritime Quarter, St. Helen's Cricket and Rugby Ground, University and Brangwyn Hall.
