Beach Dunes House is situated on the site of the now demolished Beach Dunes Hotel and in a position with magnificent views across Perranporth and local countryside.  We are able to offer three rooms for accommodation. These rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard and have complimentary colour television/video, tea and coffee making facilities, private toilet, wash basin and bath or shower with the provision of both shaver points and hair dryers. |
| ACCOMMODATION LIST GROUND FLOOR Dining Room: - This room is off the main hall and allows generous space for our guests. Full English Breakfast is normally served from 8:30 until 9:15 FIRST FLOOR Penzance Large room with views over the village and the countryside. A double and single bed in this room. May be used as a twin if single beds are preferred En-suite bath/shower/toilet and wash basin Mevagissey Double room with views towards the Dunes and Ocean En-suite shower/toilet/wash basin St. Ives Twin room which looks directly onto the Dune System Private shower/toilet and wash basin Lounge Large room with twin balcony patio doors, widescreen TV/DVD, comfortable suite, table and chairs for card games etc. |

| FOR YOUR FURTHER INFORMATION Generous free parking is provided within the grounds of the house and the area is covered by security lighting throughout the night.  We are approximately 1/2 hour drive from the Eden Project attraction. To avoid delay at the entrance tickets may be purchased in advance from the Tourist Board office in Truro.
