Paul and Wilma welcome you to their Silver Commended Awarded (WHRA) guesthouse where we offer all our guests a comfortable, relaxing, warm and friendly stay with us.

Beau Regard is an attractive Edwardian house built in 1907 and is convenient to:

Weston-Super-Mare boasts beautiful beaches and a wide, level promenade, floral gardens and views of Steep Holm and Flat Holm in the bay. We are surrounded by the Mendip Hills and Somerset Levels.

You will find us on the B3440 approximately 3 miles from Junction 21 off the M5 motorway and is a short level distance from beach and promenade and close to all transport links.

BREAKFAST ROOM

Breakfast is served in our light and airy breakfast room on individual tables between 8 - 9am unless otherwise arranged. We offer a varied menu and can provide some specific requirements if we know in advance.

MENU

We offer a substantial cooked breakfast, consisting of sausage, bacon, egg, beans, tomatoes, potato and mushrooms, cereal, toast and preserves, coffee and a choice of teas. Eggs can be fried, poached, boiled or scrambled and tomatoes can be fresh or tinned. We also offer porridge, yogurt and fresh fruit.

FOR THE SMALLER APPETITE

Any combination of the above items or a selection of cold meat, meat extract, tomatoes, crackers, bread rools, fruit or yogurt. We buy local produce where possible.

We are a non-smoking establishment
We regret: no pets allowed
Check in and booking times 2 - 9pm (Alternative times by arrangement).
Breakfast time 8 - 9am (Alternative times by arrangement).
Check out time 10am
Method of payment: Cash or cheque

To book accommodation you can phone or email us or use the contact form on the website. If booking in advance we require a 50% non-refundable deposit by cheque to reach us within five working days of booking, and the remaining balance paid two weeks prior to arrival if paying by cheque or cash on arrival. If not booking in advance please pay on arrival.

We use energy saving light bulbs where possible
We regularly switch off electrical items to save energy
We reduce packaging on products we buy
We source produce locally where possible
We use a water butt in the garden
We recycle where possible

TARIFF

Double with en-suite bathroom	£30 per person per night
Family with en-suite bathroom (eg 2 adults with 2 children)	£70.80 for room
Twin with en-suite shower	£25 - £30 per person per night
Double with en-suite shower	£25 - £30 per person per night
Single with en-suite shower	£35.00 - £40 per night

All bedrooms have toiletries, welcome trays, multi-channel TV, wireless Internet and hairdryers.
