Belle Dene is a short level walk from bus and railway stations and, has its own off-street parking for the sole use of guests and is convenient for those arriving by public transport or by car.

About us

The Belle Dene is an imposing terraced building perfectly located in the popular holiday resort of Paignton and only 250 yards from the seafront. It has the benefit of ample off road private parking for the sole use of guests and is only a short level walk from the town centre and all the amenities Paignton has to offer.

All our rooms are en-suite and centrally heated, and are well appointed with complimentary beverage trays and flat screen televisions. BT Open zone Wi-Fi is available at a small charge.

Our breakfasts are freshly cooked to order from locally sourced farm produce with a vegetarian option available on request. If you have a specific dietary requirement please notify us at the time of booking. Breakfast is served between 8.00 a.m. and 9.00 a.m.

Guests have their own keys and can come and go as they please all we ask is that they respectfully consider fellow guests when entering the guesthouse late in the evening.

Local Area

Paignton has a wonderful safe sandy beach and pretty coastline to explore. There is a quaint little harbour and many varied restaurants to suit all cuisine tastes. There are lots of things to do in and around Paignton so you can either chill out on the sandy beach or for the more energetic visit one of the many attractions in the surrounding area. Torquay is only 10 minutes away with Exeter or Plymouth a short drive away.

The steam train up the Dart Valley Railway is a beautiful excursion and the quaint little fishing town of Brixham which supplies a lot of locally caught fresh fish to Paignton's restaurants, is nearby.
