Derek & Linda offer you a warm welcome and personal attention in a caring, comfortable and safe atmosphere at Beverley Guest House.

It is 3 minutes walk from the beach in Weston-super-Mare, in a quiet residential area near both coach and railway stations.

As part of our service, we cater for special diets and allergies, so please let us know what you require on booking. We will cater for it to the best of our ability.

At Beverley we offer a four-course quality breakfast.

All our food is organic and sourced locally.

Every room in our guest house is en-suite with a high standard of cleanliness and decoration. Special attention is given to all those little extra details that make your stay special. One ground floor room has been altered and graded at Level1 Mobility by Visit Britain. (See Room 5 information on our Room Page - on our web page).

We try to run Beverley Guest House as responsibly and positively as we can, and are members of Considerate Hotels and the Green Tourism Business Scheme.

We care for the environment in all sorts of ways including recycling, oxygenating showerheads and providing a cycle store. Also we support small businesses in other parts of the world by purchasing Fair Trade products.

At our Guest House wireless accessibility is available in every room with free access for our guests. But a contribution to our charity of the year would be appreciated.

Every bedroom is en-suite and has been refurbished.

Complimentary fairtrade beverage tray, colour television/DVD with digital Freeview, hairdryer, shoe cleaning kit, torch and information booklet are provided in each room for our guests' use.

All rooms have been fitted with ceiling fans.

One Ground floor double room has some disabled facilities to the Level of.Mobility Level 1.

Please note there is only one shallow step into the house (but we do now have a ramp available) and the corridor that leads to the bedroom is wide enough for a wheel chair up to the bedroom door. Please do mention any special requests when enquiring/booking and we will do our best to help.

How to Find Us

Directions coming from North / M4 / M5
Exit M5 at Junction 21 for Weston Super Mare. DO NOT TAKE THE LEFT SLIP ROAD SIGNED BED AND BREAKFAST ACCOMMODATION.
Instead follow the signs for Town Centre, until you reach the railway station roundabout.
Turn left, following the road in front of the station. Take the second left, Ellenborough Park Road. This skirts round the back of a park and straightens out into Whitecross Road. You will find Beverley Guest House is on the left hand side.

Alternatively coming from the South West.
Exit M5 at Junction 22. Follow the signs for Weston Super Mare.
At the Weston Hospital roundabout, take the second exit, and Continue on this road.
When the Beach Lawns appear on the left, turn right into Clevedon Road.
At the second crossroads turn left, and Beverley Guest House will be, on the right hand side, after another small junction.
