We can serve either a full English breakfast or a continental one if you prefer. Both include tea or coffe with toast and orange juice.

Location

We are located less than five minutes walk from Windermere village and a short distance from the lake.

Directions

Leave M6 at Junction 36
Follow signs to South Lakes and Kendal
This road is the A590/591
Follow A591 to Windermere
Approaching Windermere turn left at Windermere Hotel
Follow signs for Town Centre
Drive through village towards Bowness and Lake
This road is New Road
The Birches B&B sign is on right hand side approximately 1/4 mile after town centre pedestrian lights
We are situated on the crossroads of Cornbirthwaite Road and New Road.
