Welcome to Penzance's Blue Seas Hotel where you will find comfortable bed & breakfast accommodation, friendly service and excellent food.

This elegant grade II listed house set in a south-facing Regency terrace is ideally located for visitors to West Cornwall. Overlooking Mount's Bay, most of our rooms have a stunning sea view towards Newlyn and Mousehole.

We offer a peaceful and relaxing environment away from the stress of modern life. Guests can sit and enjoy the mild Cornish weather in the attractive and sheltered front garden.

We now provide a free wireless broadband internet connection throughout the hotel with free use of laptop.

The hotel is completely non smoking and has its own large private car park.
Our central location provides an ideal base to visit Land's End, St Michael's Mount, Sennen Cove, the Minack Theatre, Mousehole, St Ives or the magnificent Cornish gardens.

Our well known Breakfast has been awarded the AA egg cup in 2002 and we have tried consistently to improve those standards ever since. We are proud of our products which are either home made (bread, jams...) or bought locally from the best Cornish producers (egg, sausages, cheeses, bacon...).

The Hotel

Located within metres of Penzance's promenade the hotel looks out over Mount's Bay. The hotel itself is a charming grade II listed building set in a Regency terrace minutes from Penzance town centre making it one of the best positioned hotels in Penzance.

Our rooms are all en-suite, most of them having stunning sea views over Mount's Bay towards Newlyn.

All have colour TV, central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh flowers and chocolates.

On the ground floor overlooking the garden and the sea front you will find a spacious guest lounge and reading room with the latest novels, information's about our region, games and a selection of daily newspapers.

We also offer now a free broadband internet service and laptop for guests use.

Breakfast is an important start to any holiday.

We propose a wide range of breakfast choices; the full English, the continental buffet with fresh fruits, variety of cereals, yoghurts, croissants, and home-made brioches, bread, jams and marmalade, etc...

We also serve a vegetarian option and, for fish lovers, our traditional Kedgeree as well as scrambled eggs with smoked salmon.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking conditions:
Credit card details or a deposit equivalent to the first night stay will secure your booking. This is non-refundable. A confirmation will be sent on receipt of your deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation less than 21 days prior to date of arrival, we reserve the right to charge 75% of the accommodation unless we are able to resell. We advise guests to take an insurance against cancellation.

Check in:
Check in time start at 2 pm and check out will be until 10.00 am. However we would be very happy to look after your luggage and let you full use of the lounge if arrive early or want to leave later on in the day.

Smoking:
We are a totally non-smoking hotel.

Children:
Children under 10 years old will have a 50% discount if sharing the room with 2 adults. Children under 2 are free of charge. We can provide high chairs and cots.

Parking:
We have our own private off-road car park.
