Less than a mile from Sampford Peverell, reached via a short section of traditional narrow high-banked lane, Whitnage is only 4 miles from Tiverton's town centre and has easy access to the M5 at Junction 27 for Tiverton, Taunton, Wellington, Exeter, Cullompton, Honiton, South Devon, Cornwall and also the A361 for South Molton, Barnstaple and North Devon.

Self Catering Accommodation

Our Linhay Cottage has one double bedroom and a fully sprung sofa bed in the lounge area to comfortably accommodate up to three adults. With the addition of fold away beds or travel cots it also provides flexible accommodation for family holidays. A 2nd en-suite guest room is available if two couples are happy to share the open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge (Please note that the 2nd bedroom has a separate entrance with no internal access to the Linhay).

The bathroom has a bath & shower, the dining area seats 4 adults and the kitchen area is a good size and well equipped. There is a television and DVD player in the bedroom and the lounge also has a television, DVD / Video and a CD / Tape player. The Linhay has central heating throughout and is ideal for a holiday, short break or weekend away at any time of the year.
