Welcome to The Brunswick Hotel
The Brunswick Hotel is unique in that it is the only small independent contemporary hotel in Glasgow's bustling city centre. The architecturally acclaimed primavera building which houses the Brunswick in a narrow space within a wide Victorian street is surrounded by beautiful old buildings.
Location! Location! Location! One of the most important issues when choosing your city hotel. The Brunswick Hotel is within easy access to Glasgow airport (15/20mins by taxi), minutes walk to our two major railway stations (Central and Queen Street), and a main bus station just up the road. Our local tourist information office is 5 minutes walk on our impressive George Square..
The Brunswick Hotel is also surrounded by some of Glasgow's best shopping streets, nightclubs, cafes, bars, restaurants, museums, galleries and historical attractions.

Eat & Drink

Lunch and evening food is served from 11am to 10pm daily in our new kitchen and bar called 'brutti ma buoni' (ugly but good in Italian). The food here is not only Italian, but includes flavours from around the world. Our menu is inspired by tasty meals and bites from all corners of the world. We call it holiday style.
All food is home-made, simple and very tasty. High quality produce is used throughout and includes vegetables, oils, herbs, fish, chicken and meat. Cooked simply for maximum taste we produce an ever-changing menu with daily and weekly specials. We have staples on the menu all the time like our 'brutti breads' - great at anytime. We also provide a traditonal Scottish breakfast on Sundays from 11am till 4pm - veggie options available!
To go with this great tasting food we have selected some great bottled and draught lagers brewed in country of origin, including Tiger Beer and Stella Artois served very chilled. A selection of fine house wines, cava's and premium spirits is always available.
Food prices start from 3.50GBP with the exception of some specials which can be a little more expensive. Our house wines range from 14.95GBP per bottle with cava starting at 15.95GBP. Above all, we aim to offer great tasting food at great prices.
Weekdays at Brutti ma Buoni are an ecclectic mix of mellow morning coffee meetings and vibrant, fast paced lunches moving into early evening drinks and food. When the lights are dimmed and the candles lit, the evening takes its course with great music and great staff.
Weekends at Brutti ma Buoni are friendly and very lively with lots of hotel guests and regular patrons. Some weekends are host to guest DJs and live jazz bands.
