| At Buddlebrook, we offer two double and one twin bedded rooms each with en suite facilities, colour television, hospitality tray, central heating and open views over the garden, some with a glimpse of the sea in the distance. | ![]() |
| We are a NON SMOKING environment and prefer to take ADULTS only. Our cottage suite for Bed and Breakfast. Next to the guest house has a double and twin bedded room. Each one has a vanity unit. This Suite has its own sitting room with television and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a downstairs shower room and loo. Ideal for 4 friends or just 2 people. A peaceful retreat. With full English Breakfast, served in the guest house dining room at 08:30. This is a non smoking establishment also just for adults. Booking in time 5-7pm unless other arrangements have been made. |

| In the evenings we usually have one or two badgers and a fox that like to come and have supper on our front lawn. It's a lovely experience if you have not seen them close up before. |

| Car parking is on the drive for house and cottage. Dogs…are very welcome by prior arrangement, on the condition that they are not left in either property on their own at any time. So do come and enjoy a peaceful holiday, wake up to birds singing. Pubs in the village 5 minutes walk we have the Three Bishops, just right for a short stroll, or if you like a longer walk - The Countryman 20 minutes outside the village. Brightstone is a charming place with its own museum, olde worlde post office and N.T. shop, also a village store and paper shop. Pretty country lanes and footpaths all around. its easy to get up on to the downs or the sea. |
