Approached by a short tree lined drive, the Hall offers complete seclusion with spectacular views overlooking the sea, mountains and Penmaenmawr Golf Course. |

Caerlyr Hall was built in about 1896 by a Mr James Allanson Picton who was the M.P. for Leicester (hence the name Caerlyr, which means City of Leicester in Welsh) and the wooded area behind the Hall is known as Picton Woods. Gladstone was reputed to have been a friend of Picton and visited the area frequently.
Caerlyr Hall retains its old Victorian charm, nestling in 2 acres of natural grounds, where one is assured of tranquillity and scenic beauty, which we boast is the best in North Wales. |

The property is centrally heated throughout and has a unique Olde Worlde Lounge Bar.
Our Dining Room is quaint and intimate and offers a varied breakfast menu which includes a full English breakfast and in the evening a four course table d'hote dinner with a choice of courses.
All our foods are home cooked using only the best fresh produce whenever possible and accompanied by our excellent wine list.
Our nine bedrooms are individual and traditionally furnished to a high standard and have bathroom or shower, toilet en-suite, direct line telephone, early morning tea trolley, clock radio, colour television and a Corby trouser press.
