| Martin and Sharon Hooper welcome you to their newly converted farm cottages situated on a family run beef farm in the heart of West Wiltshire. Tucked away in a peaceful corner of the village of Broughton Gifford, Church Farm can offer a choice of two tastefully renovated barns, retaining original features and finished to a high standard surrounded by lush green countryside. We also have the added attraction of a private coarse fishing lake, farm shop supplying locally sourced goods and our home produced beef, and a heated outdoor swimmimg pool with far reaching views across the farm. |
| Accommodation The Dairy, formerly used as a milking parlour, has now been converted into a 3 bedroomed cottage (which sleeps 6) with the added benefit of being over one level making it ideal for families with small children and wheel chair friendly. Consisting of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms, bathroom and shower, a lounge and a separate kitchen/diner. The Granary, once used as a mill house has been finished retaining original features such as exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling. Sleeping 4, it has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, open stairwell and a large kitchen, lounge/diner. Both cottages are comfortably furnished with oil-fired central heating, colour TV and video, fully equipped kitchen including microwave and washing machine. Great care has been taken to finish these cottages to a high standard providing all the comforts of home. To the front there is ample parking space and to the rear individual paved patio areas, overlooking a small courtyard. A lawned paddock is available within a few paces, ideal for BBQ's and enjoying the open views across the countryside and providing direct access to the fields and footpaths.
