Friendly Family accommodation, set in the heart of Shropshire
Clairmont Guest House is a Victorian semi-detached property, with private garden, located in the small town of Wellington on the outskirts of Telford, Shropshire.
We offer bed and breakfast in our 5 beautifully furnished bedrooms, all en-suite with colour TV and tea/coffee-making facilities.
We are an ideal base for both business and leisure visitors:
Telford International Centre and the town's commercial area are within a short drive.
The World Heritage Site of Ironbridge and the 10 Victorian museums are just 4 miles away.
The beautiful Shropshire countryside and a wide range of visitor attractions are all within easy reach.

Wellington & Telford
In sharp contrast to the surrounding countryside Shropshire, Telford is a modern town with all the usual shopping and business facilities. Its central location makes it a perfect base for exploring the region's many attractions. It is home to one of the UK's top conference and exhibition centres. Around the town you will find excellent golfing facilities, sports halls, swimming pools, ice rink, multi screen cinema, ten pin bowling and fitness centres.
Ironbridge
The World Heritage Site of Ironbridge & the Ironbridge Gorge are just two miles from our doorstep. Though renowned as the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution, the main industrial elements have long-gone and the River Severn now flows through a beautiful wooded valley in the heart of rural Shropshire. Remnants of industrial heritage exist in the form of the 10 Ironbridge Gorge Museums, including Blists Hill Victorian town.
Shrewsbury
Shropshire's county town is famous for its medieval buildings, including Shrewsbury Abbey The river, with riverside walks, almost circles the town, which has excellent shopping facilities, museums and a castle.
