Relax and unwind in this elegant, end of terrace Victorian residence situated just a few minutes flat walk from the Town Centre, 70 metres from the Sea Front, and a short stroll to the Harbour and Estuary. The Bus and Railway Stations, next to the Sports Centre, Gymnasium and Swimming Pool, are about ten minutes walk. Frequent Bus and Rail services are available to and from Exeter.

We offer exceptional bed and breakfast facilities in a warm and cosy Guest House in a prime location for the Town Centre, Sea Front and other local amenities.

We have six fully furnished rooms : two Family rooms each with a Double and Single bed, two Double rooms, one Twin bedded room and one Single room.

All rooms, with the exception of the Single room have full en-suite facilities. The Single room is furnished with its own separate private bathroom suite. All rooms have forty channel colour Televisions and Refreshment Trays.

Our breakfasts comprise buffet style starters with hot Toast and Preserves, a selection of fresh Fruit, Cereals and Fruit Juices with Coffee or Tea.

This is followed by the 'Clinton Grill', a Traditional full English Breakfast of grilled Sausages, Bacon, locally produced Fried Egg, Hash Brown, Baked Beans, Toast and Tomatoes. Or why not try our Oak Smoked Mackerel or Kippers instead ?

Should you have any special dietary requirements, we are always happy to do our best to accommodate.

Exmouth is a delightful seaside town that has remained largely unchanged over the years and has two miles of wonderful sandy beach. The town centre has a pedestrian shopping precinct featuring a fascinating variety of local shops and larger stores. Exmouth Indoor Market itself has fifty stalls and shops offering an assortment of goods at bargain prices.

The town has a large number of excellent Restaurants, Café's, Take Away's and Public Houses all within easy walkingdistance. There's a multi screen Cinema or why not enjoy a show at the Pavilion Theatre, a five minute stroll along the Sea Front from Clinton House.

We keep a wide range of informative leaflets about local attractions and events. The Tourist Information Centre in Manor Gardens, a 2 minute walk away, provides a centre where extensive details about places of interest, travel, excursions, leisure and sporting activities can be found.

Clinton House, Exmouth is a perfect base for exploring the beautiful East Devon Coastline. Take time to visit the local parks and gardens or walk along the two mile beach and up to the cliff tops at Orcombe Point where you will experience spectacular views of the area. Continue along the well marked path and explore the remarkable and unique Jurassic Coastline.

Wander eastwards and along the delightful footpath along the river estuary to Lympstone where you could witness a wonderful sunset, returning on foot or take the train journey back along the estuary to Exmouth.

Throughout the year the locality provides habitat for a wide range of rare wildfowl and wading birds. Locally based Stuart Line provide an excellent cruise service in and around the Estuary. Or take a ride on the Road Train around Exmouth then, on your return why not enjoy refreshment at the Beach Public House.

Exmouth has over two miles of sandy beach with dunes, rock pools and cliffs to explore. Take a stroll on Woodbury Common's many footpaths or visit Exeter Cathedral or the Dutch Houses at Topsham.

Visit the many National Trust Properties - the Norman Lockyer Observatory at Sidmouth or the charming old fishing villages of Branscombe and Beer. Even the Tors of Dartmoor are close to hand.

£25.00 per person per night or £150 per week.

Single night single person bookings only from November to March subject to availability will attract a surcharge of £3.00 per person. Children aged 4 - 10 years sharing a room will be half the Adult rate.
