Welcome to the Coach House
The Coach House is a grade 2 listed former coaching house dating back to c.1750. It is set in the picturesque Hambrook conservation area.
The Coach House has 15 spacious and comfortable ensuite rooms, a courtyard garden and ample off road parking in its private car park.
It is ideally situated for both leisure and commercial purposes with it being less than 5 minutes drive from the M32 and M4 and the M5 easily accessible.
It is 1 mile from Bristol Parkway station and its location offers a direct route via the M32 straight to the city centre of Bristol which is less than 6 miles directly south.
The Coach House: Rooms
The Coach House offers 15 centrally heated, spacious ensuite rooms with freeview tv and tea and coffee making facilities.
Hair dryers and irons are available on request.
The rooms are full of character but with all modern comforts, many having views over a rural outlook.

Breakfast at the Coach House
Breakfast is served between 7 am and 9 am Monday to Friday and between 8 am and 9.30 am Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Start your day with a home cooked breakfast prepared to your requirements:
- Choice of teas and coffee
- Fruit Juice
- Choice of cereals
- Natural Yoghurt - Toasted white or wholemeal bread
- Jam, marmalade, honey and marmite
- Tinned peach, pear and pineapple mix
- Selection of fresh fruit at weekends
- Followed by:
- Free range eggs (fried, scrambled, poached or boiled), bacon, sausage, beans, grilled tomato.

The Coach House is located: Bristol Road, Hambrook, Bristol BS16 1RY.
Travelling From M4:
Join the M32 at Junction 19 of the M4.
Keep to the left lane and immediately leave the M32 at Junction 1.
Turn left onto the A4174 ring road eastbound. Keep to the left lane and turn left at the first set of traffic lights.
Carry on up the B4058 (Bristol Road).
When you see the Crown Pub on your left hand side, turn into the large entrance opposite on your right and keep to the right driveway which will take you to our carpark.
Please note you cannot see The Coach House from the Bristol road.
Travelling From Bristol City Centre:
Join the M32 and leave it at Junction 1.
Turn right at the roundabout onto the A4174 ring road eastbound. Keep to the left lane and turn left at the first set of traffic lights.
Carry on up the B4058 (Bristol Road). When you see the Crown Pub on your left hand side, turn into the large entrance opposite on your right and keep to the right driveway which will take you to our carpark.
Please note you cannot see The Coach House from the Bristol road.
