College Guest House is a grand old Georgian house. It has been a college for Baptist Ministers around the 1870, a Tax Office in the early 60's then an Art Teacher, Ron Lowe, lived here who taught in a local school. It has been a guest house since the 1970's, some rooms still retain the original wooden shutters.
Guests can watch DVD/Satellite TV in the guest lounge where tea/coffee is available all day. You can use your laptop on a WiFi connection.

There are a number of places to eat and drink all in walking distance of the guest house. One of the local Indian restaurants won the best Indian restaurant in the UK 2007. We are located in a quiet part of town for a peaceful nights sleep. We are dog friendly for well behaved dogs.
