We have your comfort in mind and aim to create a home from home stay, so that you can enjoy our fascinating county.

We are situated in a pleasant residential area within the Oxford ring road and in close proximity to the Headington Hospitals (Nuffield Orthopedic Centre, Churchill Hospital, Warneford Hospital, St Luke's Hospital, Manor Hospital and The John Radcliffe Hospital - with A&E Dept) and Shotover Country Park.

The city centre and the colleges of the University of Oxford are just a couple of miles away, served by regular bus services. Oxford Brookes University, BMW Car Plant, and the Oxford Business and Science Parks are local.

Direct frequent coach services via the M40 motorway to London, Heathrow and Gatwick airports depart from Central Headington. This is within walking distance of The Conifers.

There is ample free on-site parking and a large rear garden for your enjoyment
A payphone is available for the guests use
In the interest of other guests we are unable to accommodate pets
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not permitted
Preferred check-in time is between 2.00pm and 9.00pm, unless specially arranged
Guests are provided with a key to their room and the front door, giving them flexibility in accessing the house
Currently we are unable to offer facilities for the disabled

In order to confirm reservation we require a contact phone number, your estimated time of arrival and full credit card detail. We do not debit your card unless you fail to arrive in terms of our policy. We do pre-authorise your payment.

There is a 72 hours cancellation policy and we reserve the right to charge the full rate for any number of nights that we are unable to let the room for
As a small establishment we charge 3% service charge on payments by credit or debit card. You are welcome to pay by cheque (with cheque guarantee card) or in cash
