Our well appointed bedrooms are all en-suite, featuring colour TV, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and stationery as standard.
Rooms are elegant, spacious and comfortable, while Executive rooms and suites provide working space and a little extra luxury for the business traveller.
Family rooms and suites accommodate from 3 to 5 people, providing comfort in style for all the family. Cots are provided on request.
Special money saving offers are often available, especially for longer stays.

Meetings
The Courtlands is a sought-after conference and meetings venue. Whether you have 150 people to lecture and entertain, a full day conference with support catering, or just need a nice place to meet with business associates, we have the facilities to suit.The Terrace Room opens into a large Conservatory, and is a very popular venue with high ceilings and full height windows. The Richmond Suite is an elegant, multi-purpose, self-contained suite with its own bar and balcony patio. The Garden Room overlooks the patio, and is well suited to meetings and lectures. The Conservatory is available for smaller meetings. |  |

The Courtlands' function rooms are available for banquets, galas, dinner dances, wedding receptions and parties. Our experience in catering for events large and small will ensure your day is a successful and happy one.
We can arrange entertainment according to your preference - live music, DJ's, comedy or whatever you have in mind. It's your party to organise as you wish. Our experienced staff and caterers are there to help and advise, and to do the hard work!

Weddings
The Courtlands is probably the most popular venue for wedding receptions in the area. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and ability to cater to each couple's specific requirements.
We also offer very favourable overnight accommodation rates for wedding guests.

Nick's Place, our in-hotel restaurant, won an RAC Dining Award in January 2003. Our A La Carte menu offers a fine choice of European cuisine. Traditional Sunday lunch is a specialty.
Guests are welcome to use our indoor swimming pool which is open from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
The Hamilton Club Room & Bar is open from 11:00am till late. Bar snacks and a wide range of drinks and aperitifs are available. |

Breakfast is served between 7:00am and 9:30am. Choose from a full English, Continental or vegetarian breakfast, or mix and match as you wish.

How to Find Us
Driving:
Take the M23 and A23 southbound into Brighton,
following the road all the way to the seafront.
At the seafront, turn right towards Hove.
Follow the coast road for approx. 1 mile
(you will pass the West Pier on your left),
then turn right into Grand Avenue.
Go through one set of traffic lights,
you will see the Courtlands on your right.
