The Guest House is a small, family run Guest House in the picturesque village of Cringleford, just to the west of Norwich.

Within walking distance of the University of East Anglia, the Norwich Business Park, and the new Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, Cringleford Guest House is easily accessible from the A11 and A47, and is only 3 miles or so from the City Centre.

The House is a couple of minutes walk away from the nearest bus stop, offering a City Centre and hospital service every 15 minutes. Our local village has the convenience of Waitrose supermarket, 2 churches, 2 pubs / restaurants, 2 hairdressers, and some wonderful walks.

Kate runs the House with the (occasional!) support from Rob, and caters for commercial, professional and family visitors, 7 days a week. The House benefits from ground floor en-suite accommodation with walk - in shower facilities.

The House is non smoking and does not cater for animals.

All rooms have colour TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, and en-suite or access to private facilities.

Location

The Road Network:
Major trunk roads to the Norwich Area are the M11, A14, A11 (via Cambridge), A12, A140 (via Ipswich) from London, the South East of England and the ferry port of Harwich. - The A14, A11 and A47 serve the Midlands and the North.

To get to Cringleford Guest House:
- At the A11 / A47 "Thickthorn" roundabout , take the A11 into Norwich.
- Take the next slip road to Cringleford.
- Turn left at the top of the slip road into Colney Lane, and take the 5th turning on the right into Gurney Lane. (There is a small brick built Post box at the top of Gurney Lane which is less than 1/2 mile from the slip road).
- Turn right into Gurney Lane.
- Number 1 is the 2nd house on the left (after the lions!)
- Please park in the driveway next to the garage.
