Welcome
Cwmbach Cottages is one of the quieter places to stay in South Wales. We offer traditional Welsh hospitality and a warm welcome to all of our guests.
Nestling on a hill side location surrounded by mature woodland just half a mile above the village of Cadoxton, Cwmbach Cottages is ideal for walking or relaxing holidays and we cater for both long and short stay breaks, including weekends.
Our accommodation includes:
5 en-suite rooms.
3 double bedrooms.
1 family room.
1 ground floor twin bedded room suitable for wheel chair access.
In addition, within the grounds of Cwmbach Cottages we have 3 self catering lodges capable of accommodating 2 to 6 people.
We are located just 10 miles from Swansea and The Gower Coast; and with Cardiff, the Brecon Beacons and Carmarthen within a 40 minute drive Cwmbach Cottages is the ideal place to tour Wales from. |

Guest House
The Cottages were once six individual dwellings, but have now been converted into one; three comprise our living quarters and the other three have been converted to a guest house.
There are five en-suite rooms: three double bedrooms; one family room; and one ground floor twin bedded room suitable for wheel chair access and with access to the dinning room.
In addition a lounge leads to the garden, decking and fish ponds with lovely views over looking the Neath Valley and the surrounding area.
Private off road car parking is available for up to 6 cars.
All prices include: full English Breakfast, (vegetarian option available); tea & coffee facility plus T.V. and WiFi Internet access in all bedrooms. |

Self Catering Lodge
Cwmbach Lodges are best described as woodland accommodation set within the grounds of Cwmbach Guest House.
They are fully equipped to a very high standard as well as furnished for comfort.
The lodges have parking spaces for four cars and extra private spaces nearby on the property.
There is a laundry room, a tourist information point, plus an area for your tired boots and equipment after walking the many miles of footpaths which start just 100m away.
Lodge (1) Three bedrooms; two doubles and one twin bedroom, all three bedrooms are en-suit. A fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, lounge with patio widows leading out to a private elevated decking and garden area over looking the woodlands.
Lodge (2) One twin en-suite bedroom; with a fully equipped kitchen /dining area. The lounge with patio doors leads on to its own private decking area overlooking the woodlands.
Cwmbach Cottages Lodges provide the ideal solution for self catering holiday enthusiasts.
Lodge (3) To be completed by June 2008 will consist of a large double bedroom, large lounge with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and shower/wet room. Both bedroom and lounge will lead onto private decking area over looking the vale of Neath. |
