We would like to welcome you to stay at our family run Bed and Breakfast

We are in an ideal location as we also enjoy great access to the M20, M2 and all main roads. Situated just off the A249, within 2 miles of the M20 (J7) and 5 miles off the M2 (J5).

Detling Coach House B&B is a converted, oak beamed property set in a rural location on the beautiful Kent North Downs Way. We are in an ideal location to visit the many attractions of Kent; Leeds Castle, Maidstone, Chatham Dockyard, Rochester and Canterbury to name but a few.

Our position makes us a perfect base for touring Kent or on your way through to Dover or nearby Gatwick Airport. We are approximately 45 minutes from London and our close proximity to Kent County Showground and Leeds Castle makes us ideal to visit some of their many events.

Tariff

All prices are per room and include a comprehensive Continental Breakfast. Full English Breakfast can be arranged for an additional £5 per person.

Payment is requested in full on arrival. We do ask for a £25 per room deposit which is non refundable and should you give us less than 72 hours notice of cancellation. A full day rate will be taken. We operate a no-smoking policy.

Check in is a 4 pm however if you would like to check in earlier arrangements can be made. We would ask you to vacate your room by 10 am.

Double/Twin Rooms available from £55
All our rooms are clean and comfortably furnished with a friendly atmosphere in which our guests can relax. We have both Double/Twin and Single rooms with either en suite or private bathroom. Each room has a Television and Tea/Coffee making facilities.

Single Rooms available from £45
We serve a Comprehensive Continental Breakfast including a selection of Cereals, Pastries, Muffins and Fruit or a Full English Breakfast with local produce served in our Breakfast room complete with woodstove for those chilly mornings.

By Road
Leave M20 J7, onto A249 (signposted Sittingbourne, Dover) After approx ½ mile you should see a sign for Bredhurst on the left hand side. This is Scragged Oak Road. We are approx ½ mile down this road on the left hand side.

By Rail
3 mils from Bearsted train station 20 minutes drive from Ashford International.
