With many attractions such as The Tate Gallery, The Beatles Story, The Maritime Museum and many excellent bars, restaurants and cafés. The Albert Dock is a must for anybody visiting Liverpool.
The Liverpool Museum is situated opposite St. Johns gardens (see below) which is directly behind St George's Hall and is one of four buildings on William Brown Street. The others include the Walker Art Gallery and the Central Library. The museum is also home to a Planetarium and the Aquarium.
Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral is a five-minute walk from the Dolby Hotel. A short journey along Hope Street takes you past the Philharmonic Hall, the Everyman Theatre and on to the Catholic Cathedral.

By Car
The Dolby Hotel is situated on Liverpool's water front and is easily accessible by all modes of transport.

Head in to Liverpool via the M62 where you will then see signs for the Albert dock and tourist attractions. The Dolby hotel is then situated on the same side of the road as the Albert dock, approximately 0.25 miles away.
By Train
From Lime Street station the Hotel is approximately 1 mile. From the station it is easiest to take a cab for the short journey to the hotel. If you wish to walk please contact the hotel on 0151-708-7272 for the best directions.
By Air
The Hotel is situated approximately 7 mile from Liverpool airport. The number 500 bus runs every 15 minutes and will drop you very near to the hotel. Alternatively take a taxi from the airport directly to the hotel doors.
By Sea
The Hotel is in reach of the ferry terminals and it is possible to walk, please contact the hotels with the details of what terminal you are arriving at for the best possible directions.
