A welcoming smile, friendly service, every comfort and a breakfast from a menu that sets you up for the day are all provided by Ray and Sue Paine at Edmar Lodge, their family run Guest House.
We are situated only 10 minutes walk from the city centre and we have our own car parks that will accommodate up to 8 cars. Edmar Lodge is easily accessed from the southern by-pass or the outer ring road. Look for the B1108 signs directing you to the Norwich City Centre. We are also within easy reach of the station a distance of 1.5 miles and airport a distance of 4 miles, which are a short taxi ride away.
We have a pleasant floral garden where, in the summer, guests can sit and enjoy a chat before going for their stroll for their evening meal at nearby restaurants or pubs. |

Edmar Lodgeprovides an ideal starting place to explore historic Norwich and the beautifulcountryside of Norfolk. Advice is readily given on places to visit in Norwichwith its many attractions from the modern shopping Mall and other shops to the fascinating museums and varied restaurants. Assistance with sightseeing and tour planning around the countyfor every taste is willingly offered. If you are out for the day we can arrange packed lunches.
We take time to ensure that you will want to return to Edmar Lodge and our lovely city again. (Guests from all over the world remember and return and have been doing so for now over 20 years). |

There are 5 very comfortable all en suite bedrooms that are fully centrally heated and double/triple glazed with every amenity to make your stay pleasing and memorable i.e. digital colour television with remote controls, tea/coffee making facilities (with biscuits provided), hair dryers, trouser press, radio/alarm clock. To maintain our exacting standards of cleanliness Edmar Lodge is strictly a no smoking house.
We also provide a microwave cooker, fridge, plates, knives, forks and tinopener for guests use (if you wish to provide an evening meal in your room).
Breakfast ordered from our extensive menu is well renowned for its quality and quantity. Our full English is a breakfast to remember but only for those with large appetites.
