| Elmswell is just off the main corridor through Suffolk (A14). Due to the position it is an ideal location for exploring and travelling throughout East Anglia. Bury St.Edmunds is the nearest market town containing many restaurants, shops, businesses and entertainment. |

| All rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard with their own colour Television, tea and coffee making facilities and private bath/shower. A full English/continental breakfast is served. A maximum of eight guests have exclusive use of a separate sitting room, which has an open inglenook fireplace. Arrivals after 4.30pm unless by prior arrangement. Short notice cancellations to be charged, unless deposit paid in advance. |

| How to find us: We are one mile from the A14. At the A1088 junction on the A14 (Woolpit/Elmswell) follow signs to Elmswell. Elmswell church is on your left. Immediately after the Church turn left into School Road. We are the first turning on the left. After 150 yards take the railway underpass and turn right - follow gravel drive up to the house. ![]() |
