Each is en-suite with colour TV, clock radio, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and many other amenities. Linen and towels are provided free.For those who wish it a maid service is available at extra cost. Two laundry rooms with washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for the use of the residents. A £30.00 returnable deposit per apartment is taken on arrival to ensure apartments are left clean and tidy on departure
Electricity consumption is charged by way of a £1.00 coin meter in the apartment
Cots including linen can be provided free of charge. We need advance notice
Apartments must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure and occupancy of the apartment can be given after 2pm on the day of arrival
We are not able to take provisional bookings
Reservations for periods of seven days or less must be paid in full at the time of booking
Reservations for periods of over seven days require a deposit of £300 with the balance payable in full on arrival
No refunds are given on deposits or payments following cancellation or early departure unless the accommodation is re-let
We do not accept credit cards. Cheques are only accepted up to the value of the cheque card
