 | Fair Rigg was built in the late 19th century, architect designed to take full advantage of its enviable location. Positioned on the hillside above Lake Windermere, the house has fine views up the lake to the mountains beyond, and is at the top of Longtail Hill, which leads down to the lakeside, the marina and the Hawkshead Ferry. |

They are fully equipped and furnished to a high standard, with ample drawer and wardrobe space, comfortable beds and chairs, and plenty of room to relax and unwind.Gazing from your window you will find it hard to imagine that the bustling little town of Bowness is just ¾ mile away.
