You are assured of a warm welcome from Anne and Dave at their lovely home, "Fairways"

Fairways is a two year old detached house with pleasant gardens, adjacent to the golf course. It is situated in a sought after residential area on the outskirts of Portsmouth. Just a short walk to the brow of the hill, with its panoramic views over Portsmouth and the harbour.

Conveniently located for easy access to historic, maritime Portsmouth, the continental ferry port, Isle of Wight, New Forest, Winchester, Chichester and Goodwood.

The surrounding coastline offers a variety of beaches, including Southsea, Hayling Island and the Witterings.The Waterfront developments of Gunwharf with its famous Spinnaker Tower and the more intimate Port Solent boast a variety of shops and restaurants.

Anne and Dave aim for high standards at reasonable rates and have now received a 4 Star, Silver Award accreditation from "Visit Britain" British Tourist Board.
