Situated in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons National Park, only 3 miles from the market town of Brecon, Felindre Cottage rests in an idyllic setting beside the River Cynrig to the front, and the mill-stream, winding through its beautiful gardens, to the rear.

Standing beside the old water mill, this welsh stone cottage is ideally positioned for people seeking to explore the spectacular scenery and rich diversity of wildlife in the picturesque mountains and waterways of southern Wales.

There are a variety of local pubs and restaurants in the local vicinity, (the White Swan in the picturesque neighbouring village of Llanfrynach, boasts a reputation for excellent food!) with local cinema, theatre and sports facilities in Brecon.

Directions: within 1 mile south-east of the Brecon B4501 roundabout on the A40 by-pass, take the A40 Brecon to Abergavenney dual carriageway. At the first turning left take the B4558 over the narrow River Usk bridge, signposted Llanfryanch/Cantref. Bear first right, and after a short distance first right again to Abercynrig. Almost immediately, on a sharp left-hand bend, go straight across the road and into Abercynrig private drive. Felindre Cottage is situated a couple of hundred yards to your left beside the old mill.
