Our luxury self-catering cottage (Follets Cottage) is a newly-converted 100 year old barn, which has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard and sleeps up to 5 people, it has its own private garden with pergola and chimera for outside dining, and off-road parking for 2 cars.

The weekly rates are as follows:

Xmas- New Year £600 per week.
January to March £400
April £450
May £500
June £550
July - August £600
September £500
October £450
November-December £400.

Letting may start any day of the week and last any number of days (minimum 3)
Other periods available on request.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required when booking, with the balance being payable 30 days before arrival.

The accommodation consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms, a sitting room with fully-equipped kitchen/dining area at rear, and a separate utility room.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds with an en-suite shower room.
Both bedrooms have TV/DVD combis, hairdryers and alarm/clock radios.

The living room has a sofa bed, music centre and TV with free-view.

The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, electric cooker & hob, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker etc. and is amply equipped with beautiful Portmerion "Botanic Garden" crockery.

The utility room has a washing machine, drier and freezer, iron and ironing board.

A free welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cereals and biscuits is provided.

Breakfast (Full/Continental) is available in the B&B (12 hours notice).

Follets Cottage, in the beautiful vale of pewsey, is half an hour from both Stonehenge and Avebury, and is within an hour of Bath, The Cotswolds, Oxford, Windsor, Winchester, Salisbury & The New Forest.

Regretfully no pets and no smoking in the cottage.
