Meaning "heather" in Gaelic, "Fraoch", epitomises the vibrance, warmth and comfort that you will experience during your stay in Scotland's capital city.

Our Bed and Breakfast is open all year round to visitors to Edinburgh, whether you are looking for business trip accommodation or a luxury guest house to base yourself whilst on holiday.

Bed and Breakfast Facilities
The Fraoch House has been designed with warmth and comfort in mind.

The B & B is set in a lovely Victorian building, and whilst we have retained many of the period features they have been combined with contemporary design, to produce a clean, modern look.

Our Edinburgh B & B boasts 7 en-suite rooms and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms (one disabled friendly room) and a family room. Each room features an HD digital flatscreen TV, DVD and wireless broadband internet access.

From October to April (excluding January)

1. Monday to Thursday: Stay 3 Nights, one night is free.
2. Friday and Saturday: Stay 3 Nights, one night is half price (excluding January)
3. January: All Double/Twin Rooms £50 per night. Single Room £30 per night.

Offers do not apply at New Year, Rugby Weekends or Easter.
