Welcome

We hope you enjoy looking at our site, and finding out what we have to offer.

We only have one room and it has a kingsize bed, with views overlooking the garden and the thatched cottage next door. Our cottage is situated in a small, picturesque village in a rural location not far from Oakham, Rutland. We are in a secluded spot reached via a private lane and have ample parking.

Both village pubs are a few minutes walk away and serve excellent food.

Rutland Water is a ten minute drive away, this is England's largest manmade reservoir and popular for cycle hire, walking, water sports and bird watching.
