Visitors can take advantage of the wide varity of activities or simply relax by the beach on a long stretch of historic coastline.


The GablesLyme Regis is situated on the South West cost of Dorset surrounded by beautiful coastlines and countryside famous for its geology and fossil finds.

Lyme Regis is an historic unspoilt seaside resort and fishing port on the world famous Cobb Harbour. The area has now been awarded World Heritage Site status.


The GablesMarkets: If browsing around market stalls is your delight then you'll find interesting events located in and around the Marine Theatre where a wide selection of crafts and antique goods are on offer. Officially thursday is early closing in Lyme Regis, although you'll find this hardly applies in the season, with some late night opening in many shops.
