Single Bed and Breakfast from £30.00 to £50.00
Double /Twin Bed and Breakfast from £60.00 to £100.00 per room

Breakfast is included in the prices quoted.
Normally served 8 - 9 weekdays. 8.30 -9.30 weekends.

Checkout 10.30am.

All the rooms are Double glazed and have Central heating.
Colour Television, refrigerator, (except the single room). Clock/Radio/Alarm.
Complimentary tea, Coffee, Horlicks & Chocolate drinks.
Naturally soap & towels are provided.
Hair Drier and Iron/Ironing board are available on request.

Brighton

Have a comfortable stay while you visit Brighton's local attractions and shops, some of which are open on Sundays.

The town centre and conference venues are within walking distance as are the many restaurants and coffee shops that cater for all tastes and budgets.

Amble down to the beach and promenade, just 2 minutes away. Visit the Palace Pier and its funfair. Take a stroll along the seafront, or take the Volks railway to the marina and maybe visit the bowling alley or cinema.

Don't forget the theatres, museum and art gallery are not far away… and at night there are always the nightclubs.

Just have an enjoyable time.

Directions

Take the A23 to the Palace Pier, turn left onto the A259 for Rottingdean and Newhaven.
Turn left at the first set of traffic lights, into Lower Rock Gardens.
Drive up through the next set of traffic lights
The house is on the left as you drive up the hill at the junction of Edward Street.
OR you can turn left when you come to the Royal Pavilion and enter Edward St. at the first set of traffic lights turn into Upper Rock Gardens.

Arriving by Train
The easiest way to the guest house is by taxi, from the station forecourt, costs about £3 - £4
Or you can catch a number 7 bus.
If you walk from the station it will take about 20 minutes.
