This may well be the most beautiful location on Arran
Set in the beautiful village of Lamlash on the Isle of Arran, this traditional Scottish hotel with its gables and whitewashed walls looks directly across the sea to the Holy Isle. To the side is the hotel's walled garden which also faces the sea and is an ideal spot to relax with a coffee or a drink or simply to enjoy the view.

Location
Known as Scotland in miniature due to its mountainous north and lowland south the Isle of Arran lies in the Firth of Clyde, enabling it to combine a feeling of remoteness with easy accessibility to central Scotland. Arran offers much for visitors, ranging from some of the best mountaineering and hill-walking to be found in Scotland, other sporting activities such as fishing or golf on its 7 golf courses, specialist interests such as ornithology and geology or for the less energetic simply exploring one of Scotland’s most beautiful and unspoilt islands. Brodick Castle and its gardens in the hands of the National Trust for Scotland is a must for all visitors, as is the distillery at Lochranza with its Visitors' Centre which offers tours and the chance to sample the unique Arran Malt.
