Our location makes us ideally situated for visits to Newcastle, Stoke and Hanley. In a quiet residential area yet within walking distance of Newcastle town centre and the University Hospital of North Staffordshire.We are only a few minutes by car to Stoke or Hanley and the Universities of Keele and Staffordshire.There is easy access from the M6 motorway (junction 15), A50 (from Derby & M1),and the A34, also from local bus stations and Stoke Railway Station.

All our bedrooms are individually decorated and furnished to a high standard with lots of homely touches. All bedrooms have colour TV, radio/alarm, hairdryers and tea coffee making facilities, some with dvd players. We have a range of rooms: single, double, twin, and family rooms with en suites available.
If you are travelling with your laptop all bedrooms have Broadband Internet access available for a small additional charge. |
 
We invite you to relax in our comfortable guests' lounge with its open fire, colour television (with digital satellite channel), dvd player, and complementary drinks tray.
There are lots of books, games and dvds to choose from.
Our reputation for one of the finest breakfasts in Staffordshire was recognised when in 2005 we were awarded 1st place in the Taste of Staffordshire Good Food Awards 'Best Breakfast' category. Our generous cooked breakfasts use local produce, including home made bread and preserves. Vegetarian options are available. We will do our best to cater for any special dietary requirements. |

Payment Terms: A minimum deposit of £10.00 is required to confirm a booking payable either by cheque or credit card. This is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. We accept payment by cash, cheque, credit and debit card.

HOW TO FIND US
From Junction 15 M6 or A50 (M1) take A500 and pick up the A34 off the Hanford Roundabout northbound. Travel approximately three miles, past a large Tesco Supermarket on the left, then on your right you will pass the University Hospital complex. Take the NEXT right, turn immediately after the turning into the Hospital. This turning will be sign posted 'Royal Infirmary' into a road names 'The Avenue', go up the hill, Lancaster Road is the third turning on the left. |
