Welcome
 Greenlawns is a large Victorian House, built over 100 years ago, set in its own grounds with private car park. It is situated in the elegant West end of Nairn.
Greenlawns has 7 en-suite bedrooms. These rooms range from our two premier rooms, one ground floor with a queen size double bed the other first floor with either a king size double bed or two single beds, large tubs and a complimentary dram upon arrival, through twin or double rooms in ground floor annexe, suitable for both golfing parties or families alike. Our single rooms have double beds and showers en-suite. All rooms have remote control colour televisions and a hospitality tray.
A warm welcome awaits you at Greenlawns from hosts Sheelagh and Dave Southwell, offering a high standard of comfortable accommodation.
There are three ground floor rooms which have been awarded Category three disabled.
There is an attractive dining room and a residents lounge with bar and a real fire. The house has been lovingly upgraded back to its original Victorian past.

The Lounge
 Greenlawns has a private residents license, and a wee dram of local whisky or a choice of wines or soft drinks can be enjoyed while relaxing in the lounge. Access the many works of literature or view a film from our video library.
The proprietor is an amateur genealogist and for those residents interested in tracing their roots, help may be provided. There is a collection of books and magazines on the subject which guests can have access to at all times.

The Bedrooms
There are seven en-suite bedrooms at Greenlawns. Four of these have bath tubs with showers over the bath, the remaining three rooms have shower cubicles. All rooms are individually and tastefully decorated to a high standard. Many of the furnishings in the rooms are beautiful antique pieces. All rooms have a hospitality tray with tea/coffee(both instant and caffetiere coffee) hot chocolate and a selection of biscuits. Tea pots and caffetieres are in all rooms. Four rooms have zip and link beds which can provide either a king size(6 foot wide) double bed or two single beds(3 foot wide each). All rooms have remote control colour tv and four rooms have room safes.
Childrens cots are available upon request.

Disabled Access
Greenlawns has been awarded Disabled Category 3. There are 3 ground floor rooms, all en-suite with bath and shower. The residents lounge, bar and dining room are all situated on the ground floor. There is a public phone on the ground floor. Access from the ground floor to the gardens and car park is on the level. Dogs can be accepted in two of our ground floor rooms, by prior arrangement and all house rules must be adhered to regarding dogs.

How to Find Us
 Greenlawns is located a short walk from the centre of Nairn, which is situated on the Moray Firth, 16 miles east of Inverness.
Road Nairn is on the A96 Inverness-Aberdeen road.
Rail Nairn Station is on the main Inverness-Aberdeen line.
Air Inverness has an excellent airport which is serviced by daily flights to & from other UK airports such as London Gatwick, as well as several European destinations. The airport is 8 miles from Greenlawns.
Local Taxis Taxis are available at both Inverness and Nairn stations and from the airport. If flying in from Glasgow International Airport why not contact Glasgow Airport Taxis
