Grosvenor HouseGrosvenor House is a Grade II listed Victorian residence in the heart of this historic spa and market town. It fronts Broad Walk Promenade with commanding views of the Pavilion Gardens, the magnificent Opera House and the wooded hills beyond.
We are a family run residence with recently refurbished en-suite accommodation offering a range of comforts and situated two minutes walk from all the town's amenities.Both private and on street parking is available.

We operate a no smoking policy throughout the guest house.

Tea making facilities, hair dryers, ironing facilities, colour television and video recorders come as standard.
A stair lift is available to our first floor, should you need assistance.
We have both double and twin bedded accommodation as well as family accommodation sleeping three.
The larger rooms also enjoy the magnificent views across the Gardens.

Situated on the edge of the Peak District National Park, Buxton, the highest market town in Britain, boasts some unique features. Noted for the Spa waters since Roman times, it houses the stunning Crescent, St Ann's Well, The Slopes, St John's church and the Devonshire Hospital now part of Derby University. The Frank Matcham designed Opera House offers year round performances which cater to all tastes, including the renowned Opera and Literature festival, the international Gilbert & Sullivan Festival and now the Jazz and Contemporary music festival in February.

Grosvenor HouseWalkers and tourists have both the Dales and the Peaks to explore as well as such great houses as Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Lyme Park and Hardwick Hall to name a few.
Poole's Cavern, the Garden's miniature railway, the Spa swimming pool and two golf courses are also within walking distance of Grosvenor House.

TariffBed and Breakfast per person is from £32.50 off peak to £40.00 in the season. Reduced rates for children under 10 in the family room and single occupancy supplements also apply.

Discounts are available on 3rd & subsequent nights off peak.
