Grimsby is the acknowledged centre for food production in the UK, is the local commercial centre for the rapidly expanding port of Immingham and the chemical industry and is a major port for the import and export of motor vehicles to and from continental Europe.

The town offers a large vibrant shopping centre, the award winning National Fishing Industry Museum, ready access to the Lincolnshire Wolds, the Lincolnshire coastal marshes, the Humber Bridge, and is adjacent to the resort of Cleethorpes with its tourist attractions and holiday facilities.

As the only B&B establishment in Grimsby catering for the discerning traveller, we are located within easy reach of the town centre and all local facilities; we are easy to find,with easy parking and only 25 minutes drive from the small but expanding Humberside airport with its direct regular links to Amsterdam. The accommodation provides newly furnished single, and twin bedded rooms, some with en-suite facilities, equipped with televisions, radio alarm clocks, tea/coffee making facilities etc.

Breakfast is available at times to suit guests, the menu caters for traditional, continental or vegetarian tastes, and is served in an elegant room overlooking the garden with its seasonal colour.
