| Bed and Breakfast 'en-suite' accommodation, overlooking the rural West Sussex countryside, yet only 15 minutes from London Gatwick (LGW). The annexe to Hawkesbourne House offers spacious, traditional but modern rooms in a property that in parts is over 100 years old. Many of the character beams are exposed. A warm welcome awaits all our business people and leisure guests. We are located close to the village of Rusper with its good selection of cosy pubs and a short distance from the market town of Horsham. We can provide holiday parking for your car and airport transfer service to and from Gatwick airport. |

| Double/Twin Room :- 2 people sharing a king size room - £55.00 per room per night. Double/Twin Room :- for Single occupancy - £45.00 per room per night. Family Room :- up to 2 adults and 2 children - £65.00 per room per night. All the above rates are inclusive of a complimentary breakfast. Please contact us for corporate rates or if you require a stay of more than one night for discounted rates. We operate a non-smoking policy in all our rooms. Full payment is required on arrival in cash, cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card. Check in is between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm check out 10:30 am on day of departure.
