Hazards is a welcoming informal family house offering B&B facilities in a quiet semi-rural position.

There is easy access to Winchester, Southampton and the New Forest by road or rail, and a bus service runs from the end of the road. The M3 is just 5 minutes drive away, and the village of Shawford has its own railway station, just ten minutes walk from the house, on the main line to Waterloo from Southampton.

Four pub/restaurants are within walking distance.

Hazards is a non smoking house, offering twin and double rooms for single or double occupancy and a colour TV in each room.

An excellent home cooked full English or continental breakfast, prepared to your requirements, is included in the price. Breakfast is served in the tastefully decorated dining room, at a Victorian dining table.

Hazards is ideal as either a handy base for tourists and holiday makers wishing to explore Hampshire, its historic towns and countryside, or for the business person needing a home-from-home whilst working locally.
